Current Projects
2025 Evolving Southgate Area Redevelopment Plan
The Evolving Southgate Redevelopment Plan was created in collaboration with members of the Cuyahoga County Planning Commission, involving direct input from stakeholders and the public. The plan itself is a roadmap for future development within the Southgate area and includes short-term and long-term goals for the 77-acre site. The future vision for the area includes walkable areas and green space with mixed-use development replacing acres of surface parking.
Maple Heights Masterplan
The City of Maple Heights began collaborative planning discussions with the Cuyahoga County Planning Commission in 2017 for an update to the City’s Masterplan. The plan itself was created as a policy guide to enact changes throughout the city over the course of several years. The plan focuses on all aspects of the city- from residential to business and retail districts.
Project Spotlight
Southgate Connectivity Study
The Southgate Connectivity Study was crafted in conjunction with City Architecture, WSP, and 4ward Planning Inc. through a Transportation for Livable Communities Initiative (TLCI) planning grant made possible through the Northeast Ohio Areawide Coordinating Agency (NOACA). This planning process was created with objectives including the promotion of reinvestment in the city, supporting collaboration between regional and community partners, and supporting economic development through land recommendations.
