2026 Exterior Home Repair Grant Program
The City is proud to announce the return of the Exterior Home Repair Grant Program! This initiative helps residents maintain their homes and beautify our neighborhoods.
- Applications will become available April 15th
- Award up to $2,500 for an exterior home repair
- First come, first serve application process

Please note: Lee Road Bridge construction in Maple Heights is upcoming. The road will be closed to through traffic between Libby and McCracken Roads. Please check back on the County website for the official start date and further announcements.

– Payments can be left in the drop box next to the front door of City Hall Building or can be mailed in
– Credit Card payments can be made online
– Warrants can be paid at the Police Station
– Waiverable Tickets & Parking Violations can be paid online at, www.ohioticketpayments.com/MapleHeights
* Tickets will need to be looked up by name NOT ticket number
